Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Health reported 47 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and one new death of a 44-year-old Egyptian.
The newly-detected cases are all Egyptians who had returned from abroad or had contact with previously-detected cases, the spokesman of the health ministry Khaled Megahed said in a statement late on Monday.
The total number of COVID-19 cases reached 656, including 150 recoveries and 41 deaths.
