Egypt domestic liquidity rises 39% in April

Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said Sunday that the country’s domestic liquidity grew by 38.6% year-on-year in April 2017.

Domestic liquidity recorded EGP 2.782 trillion by the end of April 2017, compared to EGP 2.006 trillion by the end of April 2016.

The country’s money supply recorded EGP 653.79 billion in April 2017, versus EGP 540.17 billion in April 2016.
