Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s domestic liquidity rose by 4.68% or EGP 123.1 billion to total EGP 2.75 trillion by the end of March 2017 when compared to February, the finance ministry said, according to the latest data released by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The annual growth rate increased by 38.4% in March 2017, the ministry added.
Meanwhile, the net domestic asset growth registered a slowdown of 36.3% to EGP 2.79 trillion in March from EGP 2.71 trillion in February.
