Egypt drafts law to resolve tax disputes

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Finance is currently drafting a new law to resolve tax disputes.

The temporary six-month legislation will be referred to the cabinet and then submitted to the parliament for approval by the end of December, the finance minister Mohamed Maait said in a statement on Monday.

Maait noted that more than 100,000 out of total 160,000 tax disputes were resolved in a year.
