Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt aims to increase the local component in El Dabaa nuclear power plant, the country’s minister of electricity Mohamed Shaker said.
The North African nation targets a 20% local contribution to the first reactor of El Dabaa project, to be raised to 35% for the fourth reactor, Shaker added in a statement on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy that El Dabaa nuclear power plant, which will be equipped with four reactor units, is one of the largest projects in Egypt.
