Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt is looking to raise EGP 771 billion in tax revenues in fiscal year 2018/2019, the head of the Egyptian Tax Authority said.
The tax authority aims to expand its tax base such as combating tax evasion in the contracts of football players, Emad Samy added to DMC channel.
Egypt’s tax revenues amounted to EGP 266.14 billion in FY17/18, up EGP 28.2 billion from the targeted budget.
