Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt is currently financing 11,828 small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with EGP 1.433 billion in Kafr El-Sheikh as part of the National Program for Community, Human, and Local Development (Mashroak), the Governor Gamal Nour El-Din was cited by the Middle East News Agency (MENA).
These SMEs, expected to create 26,589 job opportunities, will be financed by the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, Banque du Caire, Housing and Development Bank, Agricultural Bank of Egypt, and ALEXBANK, Nour El-Din said on Tuesday.
Mashroak helps young people start their own businesses or develop existing ones by giving them temporary licences and support them with training to be qualified to manage their businesses effectively.
