Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt's foreign currency reserves rose by $ 56 million to reach $16.533 billion at the end of February, compared with January, 2016, the central bank said on Thursday.
Foreign reserves rose to $16.477 billion at the end of January from $16.445 billion in December, 2015.
Egypt's reserves deteriorated amid shortage in hard currency inflows, as they reached $36 billion before the 25 January revolt in 2011.
