Cairo-Mubasher: The Egyptian International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr signed an agreement with the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), securing an amount of USD 100 million for a joint project.
The agreement covers the financing of Egypt-Saudi Arabia electricity project. Thus, KFAED’s KWD 30 million contribution will be allocated for completing the power linking project between the two countries.
The project will help in improving electricity networks in both countries, said cabinet spokesman Hossam Qawish.
