Egypt gov't OKs amendments to biding laws

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian government approved amendments to tender and bidding laws for flexibly developing the state administrative system's performance, according to a press release on Wednesday.

The new changes aim to control and minimize government spending, outlining the rules for purchased or rented vehicle, contracting as well as consulting services and studies, the press release indicated.

The parliament is expected to review the new amendments in the second parliamentarian round.
