Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities approved executing the third phase of the social housing project in Giza, which will add a total of 500 residential units for low-income people.
The governorate of Giza has started allocating some locations in Al Warraq, Abu An Numros, and Mansheyet El-Bakry regions begin implementing the project, Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Monday, citing Giza governor Mohamed Kamal Al-Dali as saying.
The ministry will finance the project at an estimated EGP 75 million, Al-Dali added.
The ministry’s undersecretary in Giza Howaida Khaled Abbas said that the surface area per unit is 90 square metres of fully-furnished space, noting that the project includes commercial and administrative units.
