Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) has signed an agreement with Eritrea for the building of a 3 megawatts (MWs) solar power plant with a total investment of over $8 million.
The project will be completed in collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA), according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).
The AOI puts its resources and expertise at the service of Africa, the organisation’s chairman Abdel Moneam Al Tarras stated.
