Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt’s Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait announced that a contract was concluded with IBM and SAP companies for an electronic tax payment platform.
The ministry has also signed a deal with Microsoft to launch the electronic bill project, Maait disclosed in a press conference on Monday.
The unified tax procedures draft law currently covers the legal part of the electronic bill, Maait added, noting that the legislative framework thereof is now complete.
