Cairo – Mubasher: A number of 21 projects were contracted for the construction of logistics zones on 392 acres across 11 governorates, with total investments of over EGP 49 billion ($2.96 billion), Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Ali Moselhi, said.
By the end of 2019, Egypt will inaugurate the first logistics zone in Gharbia Governorate, which has a total area of 84 acres, Ali added.
The number of projects offered by the supply ministry from 2016 until the end of June 2019 reached 21, the minister revealed.
