Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian industry ministry called investors to establish 296 factories in Sadat’s complex for small and medium-sized industries, according to a press release on Wednesday.
The new units are expected to cover engineering, food, medical industries, or the three sectors altogether as per the submitted requests.
This move is part of a plan to set up 3 licensed industrial complexes involving 500 small and medium sized industrial spaces.
Requests can be submitted starting from next Monday at Green Desert Hotel located in Alexandria Desert road.
Allocations will be priority booking-based through paying 5% of the factory’s total value in advance, the ministry clarified.
