Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources is considering the merger of Wahat Paris Natural Water (Aqua Paris) and El Wadi El Gadid for Containers in a bid to cut costs.
A committee has been formed to assess the performance of the two companies and take the necessary corrective measures ahead of the merger, petroleum minister Tarek El-Molla said in a statement on Wednesday.
Th chairman of Aqua Paris Tarek Abdel Samad revealed that the company generated EGP 74 million in revenue in 2019, compared to EGP 52 million a year earlier.
