Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) affirmed on Wednesday that there are negotiations with foreign companies to buy the 4th mobile operator license.
Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and other companies have been in negotiations with the Egyptian government, according to the acting CEO of the TRA Mostafa Abdelwahed.
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority set 22 September as the deadline for obtaining the fourth license.
