Cairo – Mubasher: Residential units in the first phase of New Alamein’s “Downtown” district will be offered for sale by the next week, the deputy minister of housing Khaled Abbas said.
The first phase of the project includes 800 fully-finished residential units, Abbas told reporters on Thursday.
Delivery is expected to begin by the end of 2019, he noted.
Stretching over nearly 48,130 feddans, the new city targets to accommodate about 2 million people.
