Cairo – Mubasher: Governor of Aswan Ashraf Atia has announced the start of the operation of the biggest poultry production project in Toshka with total investments of EGP 1.2 billion.
The project has a capacity to produce 4.5 million chicks, Atia said, noting that the project creates 1,260 jobs, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Thursday.
Many projects were launched in Aswan during 2019, some of them are currently underway and others are ready to be opened soon, which supported President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s vision for the governorate, Atia stated.
The governor mentioned that one of the most promising projects in Aswan is the solar power project in Benban, which attracted $2 billion Arab and foreign investments, creating 10,000 direct and indirect jobs.
