Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) has announced the purchase of 300,000 tonnes of wheat.
The deal was closed during an international purchase tender for shipment, Reuters reported on Friday.
The shipment of the contracted wheat will take place from 21 to 31 March.
The deal including buying 120,000 tonnes of wheat from the US, 120,000 tonnes from France, and 60,000 tonnes from Ukraine.
