Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Health confirmed the detection of 188 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, taking the tally to 3,032.
In addition, 55 cases recovered and were discharged from the quarantine hospital, bringing the total number of recoveries to 701, the spokesman of the health ministry Khaled Megahed said in a statement late on Saturday.
The health ministry also reported 19 new deaths, taking its toll to 224.
