Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Health reported 85 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 5 new deaths.
The total number of infections reached 1,070, including 241 recoveries and 71 deaths, the spokesman of the health ministry Khaled Megahed said in a statement late on Saturday.
The new cases are all Egyptians who returned from abroad or had contact with previously-detected cases.
