Egypt’s EKH reveals news on $150m investments

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH) said it has already disclosed the projects and expansion plans set to be executed in the coming period, according to a recent statement.

As a response to a news said EKH mulls investing $150 million (EGP 2.6 billion) in 2019, the company clarified that it had already revealed, on 4 September 2018, its plan to build a factory for pressed wood production at a total value of EGP 2 billion.

Egypt’s EKH also said that one of its subsidiaries concluded a plan worth EGP 550 million to expand a power station, in addition to the study conducted by NSCO Investments for drilling five wells in Sinai at a total value of $110 million.
