Egypt's GDRs decline on London bourse

Cairo - Mubasher: Global depository receipts owned by Egyptian companies were down on Tuesday on London Stock Exchange (LSE).

GDRs of the Commercial International Bank (CIB) - Egypt slide 0.22% to $4.63.They hit intraday high and low at $5.06 and $4.54 respectively.

CIB's stocks went down 2.05% to EGP 41.29 with trading value of EGP 45.1, on Cairo bourse.

Global Telecom Holding's GDRs sagged 1.44% to $1.02.They recorded intraday high and low at $1.09 and $1.02 respectively.

Global Telecom stocks plunged 4.38% to EGP 1.55, with trading value of EGP 6.4 million on the Egyptian Exchange.

The GDRs owned by Orascom Telecom Media fell 11.1% to $0.40. They peaked to $0.40 and bottomed during the day.
 
The shares of Orascom Telecom Media lost 6.5% to EGP 0.58.

Edita Food Industries’ GDRs went down by 0.85% to $17.80. The company’s stock eased 1.6% to EGP 33.02, with trading value of EGP 3.2 million on Egypt’s bourse.
