Cairo - Mubasher: Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is planning to offer a new industrial zone in New October City.
Situated on 500 feddans, the first phase of the new industrial zone will include various activities and will be offered for investors within a year, IDA’s president Magdy Ghazy said on Tuesday.
The IDA will offer 15 million metres lands in a group of cities during 2019, in addition to other 15 million next year, Ghazy added.
The top official added that the IDA would offer 13 new small and medium industries complexes in 2019 under build factories project.
