Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has received 1,250 requests for direct allocation of several land plots in new cities, assistant minister of housing Walid Abbas said.
A total of 840 requests have been studied until now, Abbas added during the 4th Real Estate Debate Conference 2019.
In addition, 436 companies have made an advance payment of 10% of the total value of the land, he noted.
