Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will offer 504 housing units in ‘Sakan Misr’ middle-class housing project with areas ranging between 106 and 133 square metres in El-Shorouk city, the country’s housing minister said.
The units will be available for online purchase on a first-come-first-served basis via the Housing and Development Bank’s (HDB) website starting from 2 July, Assem El-Gazzar added in a statement on Monday.
For his part, NUCA’s deputy chairman Tarek El-Sebai revealed that 10% of the value of the unit will be paid within six months as of the date of reservation and another 10% will be paid upon delivery.
The remaining value will be paid on quarterly installments over four years without interest, El-Sebai added.
