Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will offer 538 housing units in the New Administrative Capital with areas ranging between 130 and 173 square metres in D8 in the third residential (R3) district, the country’s housing minister Assem El-Gazzar said.
The units will be available for online purchase on a first-come-first-served basis via the Housing and Development Bank’s (HDB) website, El-Gazzar added in a statement on Monday.
For his part, NUCA’s deputy chairman Tarek El-Sebai revealed that 10% of the value of the unit will be paid within six months as of the date of reservation and another 10% will be paid upon delivery.
The remaining value will be paid on quarterly installments over three years without interest or on quarterly installments over five to seven years with interest, El-Sebai added.
