Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s petroleum minister has appointed Yasser Salah El-Din Hassan as chairman and managing director of Egypt Gas Company, replacing Hossam Ibrahim Abdul Salam.
The new chairman will also represent the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Co (EGAS), the company highlighted in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
In December, EGAS signed a protocol of cooperation with the New Administrative Capital for Urban Development at a value of EGP 66.9 million.
