Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian State Council set 4 June 2017 as the date to look into the lawsuit by Beltone Financial Holding against the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), said the company’s attorney, Atef El-Sherif.
Atef El-Sherif, the CEO of El-Sherif Law Firm and Consultants, Atef El-Sherif, also told Mubasher that EGX and EFSA have been notified about the date.
In April, Sherif said that the Beltone’s appeal has been referred to another judicial district, adding in his remarks to Mubasher that they have requested, for private undisclosed reasons, to refer the lawsuit to another court.
Last year, Beltone Financial Holding filed two lawsuits against EGX and EFSA due to the repetitive trade suspension of the company’s stock.
