Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) benchmark index EGX30 targets the level of 12,000 points through the upcoming trading sessions, technical analysts told Mubasher.
“The benchmark will move higher as long as it keeps its position above the level of 10,100 points,” noted the analyst.
The analyst also pointed out that the market may witness a kind of profit taking at the current levels, that will be considered a normal action by the investors.
The benchmark closed up 2.48% or 143, 88 points at 10,096.57 points on Tuesday, reaching its highest level since 25 June 2008.
