Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indices moved higher on Monday's early trade, where the benchmark index EGX30 edged up 0.21% to 6,765 points.
The small and mid - cap index EGX70 inched up 0.45% to 373 points, while the broader index EGX100 added 0.21% to 771 points.
Similarly, the equal-weighted index EGX50 advanced 0.66% to 1,181 points.
The market's total turnover recorded EGP 58 million, with 47 million shares through 3,200 transactions.
Foreign and Arab investors came as net sellers with EGP 882,900 and EGP 938,900 respectively, while local investors came as net buyers with EGP 1.8 million.
The stocks of Mohandes Insurance, International Dry Ice and Univert went up 13.5%, 4.9% and 4.8% respectively.
