Egypt’s bourse likely to see profit taking - Analyst

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) is expected to witness a kind of profit taking on Tuesday after the recent remarkable gains, said Ayman Fouda, head of capital market committee at the African Economic Council.

“The benchmark index EGX30 targets the levels of 11,900 and 12,000 points through the upcoming two sessions,” added Fouda in a statement to Mubasher.

Meanwhile, the benchmark is expected to face resistance at the levels of 11,688, 11,350 and 11,210 points respectively, noted the analyst.

In respect to the small and medium caps index EGX70, the analyst pointed out that it is expected to face resistance at the levels of 460 and 465 points, while may gain support at the levels of 454 and 449 points.
