Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) opened on mixed note on Wednesday amid stable trades following Eid al-Adha holiday.
The benchmark index EGX30 went down 0.40% or 32.8 points to 8,155 points.
The small and medium caps index EGX70 added 0.11% to 357.7 points, while the broader index EGX100 edged down 0.09% to 816.2 points.
The heavy weighted Commercial International Bank (CIB) declined 0.97% to EGP 49.17.
Wednesday early trading witnessed 26 million shares changed hands worth EGP 65 million.
