Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) moved higher in Monday midday trading activity.
The benchmark index EGX30 gained 2.41% to 11,674.3 points.
The small and medium caps index EGX70 inched up 0.57% to 457.06 points, while the broader index EGX100 added 0.88% to 1,078.66 points.
The equal weighted index EGX50 rose 1.68% to 1,868 points.
The market’s midday trading was boosted by the buying activity of the foreign investors that recorded EGP 32.3 million.
