Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange decided to suspend trading on 13 stocks, for half an hour, after their market prices surged more than 5%.
Egypt’s bourse extended its gains in Thursday’s midday session, as the benchmark index added 3.4% or 247.7 points reaching 7,476 points.
The list of the suspended stocks included EFG – Hermes, Pioneers, SODIC, AL Ezz Dekhela Steel, Misr Hotels and Madinet Nasr Housing.
