Egypt’s bourse suspends trading on OCI stocks

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange decided to suspend trading on the shares of Orascom Construction Industries starting 24 February.

The suspension decision comes ahead of presenting the company’s request , regards its voluntary delisting  from Egypt’s bourse,  to the listing committee.

OCI has filed earlier with the Egyptian Exchange to voluntarily delist the company’s 208.9 million shares, at EGP 5 par value each, in implementation of the extraordinary general meeting’s decision.
