Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced it would issue EGP 11.5 billion treasury bills on Thursday, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
The EGP 11.5 billion will be offered through two tranches: a 182-day tranche worth EGP 5.5 billion and a 364-day tranche worth EGP 6 billion.
Earlier, the government announced its plant to issue EGP 99.25 billion in treasury bonds and shares during September 2016, compared with EGP 99.75 billion a month earlier.
