Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt said it will issue treasury bonds Monday at a total value of EGP 5.25 billion.
5-year bonds will be issued at a value reaching EGP 3 billion, while 10-year bonds will be issued at EGP 2.25 billion.
The country's budget deficit widened to EGP 68.3 billion, or 2.4% of gross domestic product (GDP), during the period July-August 2015.
