Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt said it will issue treasury bonds Monday at a total value of EGP 5 billion.
Five-year bonds will be issued at a value reaching EGP 3.25 billion, while 10-year bonds will be issued at EGP 1.75 billion.
The country's budget deficit widened to EGP 138.5 billion, or 4.9% of gross domestic product (GDP), during the period July – November FY 2015/16.
