Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s domestic liquidity rose by 19% year-on-year to EGP 3.39 trillion at the end of May 2018, from EGP 2.84 trillion.
On a monthly basis, liquidity increased slightly last May, compared to EGP 3.37 trillion in April, data by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) showed on Monday.
The CBE had previously posted that the North African nation’s foreign reserves rose to $44.138 billion at the end of May from $44.029 billion a month earlier.
