Cairo – Mubasher: Pakistani investments in Egypt amounted to $393 million through 106 companies operating in the country, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Thursday, citing the Secretary General of Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, Alaa Ezz, as saying.
Egypt’s exports to Pakistan stood at $113 million in 2020, including machinery, electronics, iron and steel, plastics, organic chemical materials, and cotton, Ezz added.
Meanwhile, the most populous Arab nation’s imports from Pakistan registered $250 million, including textiles, leather products, carpets, and rice, Ezz added.
