Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s exports to Turkey has increased by 44.2% in the first 10 months of 2017, while the bilateral trade between the two countries has reached $3.457 billion, according to Egyptian Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Kabil.
Egypt’s exports to Turkey has reached $1.657 billion from January to October 2017, compared to $1.149 billion in the year-ago period, Kabil added.
Egypt’s exports to Turkey versus its imports from Ankara grew to 90% in the ten-month period ended 31 October, in comparison to 50% from January to October 2016, the minister revealed.
Egypt’s imports from Turkey has declined by 18.7% to $1.8 billion in the first 10 months of 2017 versus $2.2 billion in the ten-month period ended 31 October 2016, Kabil concluded.
