Egypt’s foreign reserves jump to $42.524bn in February - CBE

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s net foreign reserves rose by 11.3% month-on-month in February 2018, according to a statement by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) on Sunday.

Overseas reserves surged to $42.524 billion last month, from $38.209 billion a month earlier, the CBE highlighted.

Given that Egypt’s international reserves increased to $38.209 billion at the end of January 2018 from $37.019 billion in December 2017.
