Egypt’s foreign reserves leap to $42.6bn end-March - CBE

Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) on Monday announced that the nation's net foreign reserves rose slightly to $42.611 billion in March 2018, compared to $ 42.524 billion a month earlier.

International reserves of the North African country stood at around $36 billion ahead of the January 25 Revolution in 2011.

In February, Egypt had issued $4 billion Eurobond sale, which was oversubscribed 3 times.
