Egypt’s housing ministry eyes EGP 423m sales of ‘Sakan Misr’ units

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s ministry of housing, represented by New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), aims to net sales of EGP 422.8 million worth of 504 housing units in ‘Sakan Misr’, middle-class housing project, in El-Shorouk city.

The units have become available for online purchase via the Housing and Development Bank’s (HDB) website starting from 2 July to 18 July.

The prices of these units range from EGP 711,260 to EGP 838,890 to 106 -133 square-metre areas.  

A down payment of EGP 70,000 is required and the remaining amount will be paid in four-year installments.
