Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) plans to issue 70 ministerial decrees for real estate projects in new cities for the third quarter of 2019, assistant minister of housing Walid Abbas said.
Total investments of these projects amounted to EGP 300 billion, Abbas told reporters on the sidelines of a press conference on Tuesday.
Since 2014, NUCA has issued 400 ministerial decrees for property projects, including 90 decrees in 2019.
