Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s investments in Africa have exceeded $10 billion, Minister of Planning, Monitoring, and Administrative Reform, Hala El Saeed, said.
African investments in the North African country recorded around $2.8 billion, El Saeed added.
The minister referred to Egyptian initiatives launched recently, including the creation of the Africa Investment Guarantee Fund to encourage national businessmen to invest in the continent.
El Saeed participated in the First Rotary Egyptian African Business Forum held in Sharm El-Sheikh.
