Egypt's non-oil exports rise 2% YoY in July

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt's non-oil exports increased by 2% year-on-year during July 2019, reaching $2.021 billion (EGP 33.3 billion), according to a report released by the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC).

The North African country’s industrial exports recorded $1.695 billion in July, while food exports amounted to $325 million in the same month, the report said. 

As per GOEIC's data, the top 20 industrial items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during July included petrol oil, gold, monitors, fertilizers, suits, jackets, wires, cables, and Ethylene polymers.
