Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Official Gazette published on Thursday the presidential decree no. 514 of 2019 for the approval of a grant agreement between the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The agreement, signed on 19 August 2019, includes a grant worth EUR 555,343 which will finance the country's locomotive renewal programme.
